Last updated: August 2026 · DirectHearth Ltd, Company No. 17322232

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DirectHearth platform operated by DirectHearth Ltd ("DirectHearth", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17322232.

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Use of the platform

DirectHearth provides an AI-powered property transaction platform connecting estate agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers.

You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

Some features require an account. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly (or agreed annual) basis. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are as shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, are used for unlawful activity, or put other users or the platform at risk.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform: you will not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape data at scale without permission, impersonate others, or use the platform to facilitate fraud or unlawful activity.

Property data, documents and listings must be accurate and must not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, including its software, design, branding and content, is owned by DirectHearth Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload. By uploading them, you grant us a limited licence to store, process and display them for the purpose of providing the platform to you.

6. Limitation of liability

We provide the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
